Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are binding on acceptance and unless otherwise stipulated in writing the below will constitute the true reflection of such terms and conditions.
1. All prices quoted herein are inclusive of VAT and are valid for a period of 15 business days unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing

2. Should this quotation not as outlined in point 1 above not be accepted by the client this has been provided to within the specified period, such quotation is subject to the revision by Lazanu Creations Close Corporation at it ‘sole discretion.

3. It is also recorded by Lazanu Creations CC , the following in respect of payments:

a. A 50% deposit as part payment of the accepted quotation is required by the client
b. A further 40% of the outstanding balance payable once blinds are ready for delivery is required by the client.
c. On completion of the all installations the remaining 10% of the outstanding balance is payable by the client to Lazanu Creations CC.
d. All payments due in respect of the above mention in points a, b and c above must be made to Lazanu Creations CC designated South African bank account as an electronic transfer on the periods mentioned above.
e. Such Payment confirmation for payments successfully concluded by the client must be sent to either info@lazanucreations.co.za or faxed to + (27)86 672 7887.
f. Should there be any discrepancy in respect of the manufacturing of the client’s order/goods; the 10% payable by the client may be withheld until said discrepancy is resolved between the manufacturer and Lazanu Creations CC.
g. All prices will include installation unless recorded otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
h. If the order quantity is lower than the quoted quantity we reserve the right to adjust the quoted rates in accordance with the manufacturer’s prices.

4. All goods remain the property of Lazanu Creations until full and final
Payment is received from the client.

5. Unless otherwise recorded or agreed between the parties, all Prices quoted and agreed remain the net cost with no further discounts being allowed.

6. Prices are subject to re-measure prior to completion and before installation should the client request this. Such request will not be unduly withheld by Lazanu Creations CC.

7. All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery costs within the Gauteng area. Any costs in respect of delivery, travel and /or accommodation which fall outside of these areas whether, locally or internationally shall either be borne by the client or agreed to between the parties in writing.

8. Such delivery must be provided by an approved and reputable courier service.

9. Where goods are delivered to a client and such goods are delivered by Lazanu Creations CC, Lazanu Creations CC will ensure these goods are insured while in transit to the client.

10. Where the client endeavours to ensure delivery of such goods and delivery costs are borne by the client, the client’s responsibility to ensure these goods are insured.

11. All orders provided to the client by Lazanu Creations CC must be confirmed by a client by no later than 12:00pm South African time GMT.
